@investigaTHOR You want something? Say it. You don't want something? Say it. You feel something? Discuss it. You are thinking something? Let it out. You want to know something? Ask it. If we all could take this approach, life would be a lot easier.

I usually give the gateman in my compound 25k or 30k almost every month and this is aside the salary the caretaker pays him. Today I called a shoemaker to fix a shoe, he charged me 700 naira. I told him to tell the gateman to call me when he was done. He was done, the gateman brought the shoe. I gave him 2k to give the shoemaker. I later saw the shoemaker and asked him how much the gateman have him, he said it was 1k. Human beings cannot disappoint me 😃😃

Tinubu in Jos Confirms ‘Don't Vote for Me’ Prediction on Power Supply During the 2023 campaign, President Tinubu made a clear electoral promise: “If I don’t give you constant electricity in four years, don’t vote for me for a second term.” When he took office in 2023, Nigeria had a power supply of over 4,000 megawatts and lower tariffs. Today, the electricity power supply is less than 4,000 megawatts on the average, and Nigerians are paying higher tariffs. Nigeria currently has the lowest per capita electricity consumption in the world, with a rate below 30% of the African average. Africa’s average is 617kwh, Nigeria’s is 144 kWh. This means that Nigerians consume least electricity than other Africans. In a glaring display of disregard for promises and a lack of trust, President Tinubu, during a brief airport stopover to visit grieving families of the Jos attack on Thursday, April 2, 2026, stated that one of the reasons for his 10-minute stay was that the airport had no electricity. “You have no light here I fly out in ten minutes” At a time when Nigerians are enduring days without power, our leaders cannot even stay a few minutes without it. Now is the time to stop incompetent leaders—those lacking the capacity and compassion—who prioritise their own comfort over the well-being of the people and make empty promises. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

• Light situation of the area • Watermarks in the house. If there are watermarks the house dey soak water. • If the outside of the house is tiled half way, that's a red flag • Access to running water • Security • Presence of Mold • Access to road • Is the road motorable • How many people are in the compound? • • The more people in the compound, the higher the probability for chaos.

🚨 As reported in March, no agreement between Enzo Fernández camp and Chelsea over new contract. This is when the issue started, then Enzo’s quotes in public. Chelsea decided for a two match sanction; the whole hierarchy, together with Rosenior. 🎥➕ youtu.be/IIWMy6-qSBU

The day Asiwaju goes to meet his maker. I will say some of the vilest things about him and I pray one mad person will come and tell me, you don't talk bad about the dead. Same with Wike.

When that thing in Aso Rock leaves, do not reconcile with those you cut off for supporting it. Democracy is a fragile concept.

If Enugu State government is really serious about building a “smart city”, the governor should contract it to Ndi Ocha. Let them design and build it. Anything outside that is a waste of time and will be like the mediocre “smart schools”.

🚨🇮🇹 Gattuso: “Italy lost just two matches in the group, earned 18 points and still didn’t qualify for the World Cup. But 10 African teams qualified? Who is going to watch them? Are you going to sit in front of the TV for Cape Verde or Curaçao? These qualifying rules are absurd and unfair.”

The main opposition is not Peter Obi, Kwankwaso, Atiku or anyone. 100 million+ Nigerians are the opposition to APC. We are to save ourselves. Nobody will save us. #OccupyINEC
