Minneapolis is entirely outside of the 100 mile border zone. CBP has little jurisdiction to do anything there to begin with. They had zero legal jurisdiction to stop him in the first place, let alone pepper spray, beat, disarm, or murder him.

Keep your eye on Fed in gray jacket.
- His disarms man by removing gun from waistband while on ground.
- Walks away with gun before any shots are fired.
- Man on ground no longer a threat, is shot at least 5-6 times and killed.
- Man should have been subdued and apprehended not executed.
- Open and concealed carry are legal in Minnesota with Permit To Carry.

This wasn't murder. Renee's death in Minneapolis is tragic. But see it for what it is, not what you want it to be. You can hate ICE. But blocking officers then speeding off in a 2-ton vehicle with people at your bumper is irrational. She rolled the dice. Sadly, she died.

It happened in South Minneapolis during a federal immigration operation that’s already pushing tensions to the edge.
DHS is labelling it straight-up domestic terrorism.
The scene at Portland Ave and 34th St is locked down with crowds raging, sheriffs backing up feds during snowball throws and chants.
No agents got seriously hurt, but this ties into Trump's massive deportation sweep hitting the area hard.
Local Dems like Mayor Frey are flipping out, demanding ICE bail, but DHS says the driver brought it on herself.

🚨🇺🇸 BREAKING: SHERIFFS HIT THE SCENE DURING ICE-RELATED SHOOTING IN MINNEAPOLIS At East 34th Street and Portland Avenue, Hennepin County Sheriffs are rolling in to back up the feds as crowds swell and tempers flare on the ICE-related shooting. Deputies are suiting up near the taped-off intersection, with protesters filming and yelling while a swarm of 20-30 ICE agents hold the perimeter. The sheriff's office says they're just responding to the incident, not part of the shooting itself. With Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino on site, this feels like all hands on deck for Trump's mega deportation push. Witnesses say the woman shot was an observer tailing the raid, she's hurt bad, slumped over her airbag after agents opened fire during the op.
