Always bittersweet walking out of the last scheduled home event of the year, even in Year 16. Somehow ended up producing every single home football, men’s basketball and baseball game this year.. what a ride it was! Excited to recharge and get ready for ‘26-‘27. #GoHoos 🔸⚔️🔹

@TimThomasTLP Coming only as a former employee of Texas Tech. Lubbock is one of the 100 largest cities in the US. Bigger than every city in VA besides Virginia Beach and has twice as many hotel rooms as Blacksburg and Roanoke combined. Best of luck to the Hokies, they’ll be a tough out.

Oregon, LSU, and Texas Tech all have graduation next weekend and all are hosting. Not a good look for Virginia Tech to be deemed unable to host when other Power 4 schools in smaller towns in cases like Oregon and Texas Tech are able to do so with graduation happening too.

Tyler has been such an outstanding leader and mentor over the last 3 years, driving meaningful changes at Virginia. I am so excited for your family’s next chapter and will miss you dearly! I’m sure our paths will cross again someday and can’t wait. Once a Hoo, always a Hoo!

7. A free fan fest will take place on the east side of Scott Stadium from 1-3 pm. Many inflatables, kids activities, tailgate games and plenty of activations will be available. 8. The football team will be signing autographs on David A. Harrison III field after the Spring Game.

Busy weekend in Hooville. A few fan exp. notes: 1. Due to the JPJ concert tonight, there will be a shuttle from Emmett Ivy Garage to/from Disharoon Park, where fans are directed to park. 2. With several events overlapping tm, there will be a shuttle running from 11-5 from EIG.
