None of us knows what a HART Hub is, and @fordnation won't clarify their model or what they do. None of the housing associated with HART Hubs is online, and there is a growing worry that these hubs will become the architecture of forced treatment.

NEW: Ontario formally announces plans to wind down provincial funding for 7 remaining supervised drug-use sites - two in Toronto, two in Ottawa and one site each in Niagara, Peterborough and London. Will be replaced with Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub.

Super cool concept of broad, needle-free coverage, but perhaps it will not bode well for folks who already have revved up immune systems that need to be medically suppressed because they mistakenly attack their own healthy cells. Looking forward to seeing further research.
