@northernassist trains from New Pudsey to Manc Vic are all cancelled this evening. My open return only allows travel through Hebden Bridge. Given the cancellation, can I use my ticket to get me from New Pudsey-Leeds-Manc or do I have to pay again?

@StagecoachGM Thank. A bus stopped this morning as someone needed to get off. When I got on driver said “I think it’s full”. I said there were seats upstairs - there were 9 seats when I got up there. This happens every day on that route. There’s always seats.

@erinecho Thank you for making us aware, I will pass these details on also, sometimes drivers can't always see if space is available upstairs so hopefully the depot will remind them to be more thorough at checking. Apologies again for your inconvenience M.
