However, the OP’s claim is that the people who choose to homeschool arent qualified to do so and the stats we do have say otherwise.

Just pointing out that comparing the testing scores of students with no home support (where homeschooling wouldn't be an option regardless) to those who receive hours of 1-on-1 attention from a parent isn't an accurate comparison.

But another way to do this study would be to say "Would the lowest scorers in public schools benefit from one-on-one instruction?" I think the answer would be a resounding "yes", which is another argument FOR homeschooling. My 0.02

This generally means that the family has a higher income, since one parent can afford to stay home.

@TheOnlyEsta Um, yeah, never have and never will. I believe strongly in researching candidates and understanding the person you're voting for, rather than voting for a party. But this year is really just "Am I or am I not willing to vote for a felon?" Low bar. But it's a no for me.

@realeverywriter No no no no no no no. Books never go in the trash! Most, I keep. If I didn't care much for the book, I may donate it, but I'd never actually throw a book away.
