I don't know how this policy is supposed to even make sense economically.
By accepting Naira for crude oil, which is Nigeria's primary source of foreign exchange the government is starving itself of US Dollars.
This may sound like a bright idea but let's not forget that this present government is basically in bed with all foreign debts so this reduces the Central Bank's ability to defend Naira in the open market or service these foreign debts.
