Very confused @AirCanada - I received this email stating I could request a refund for the unused portion of my ticket (as you were unable to book me onto another flight to Boston) and now I have been informed I am not entitled to any compensation? Shocking.

@AirCanada I have DM you and also attempted calling and emailing for a flight from the 15th August. This I believe was prior to the strike but you aren’t responding or answering my queries. The only contact I have had was the email cancelling the flight

Horrible experience with @AirCanada – hotel threw us out 8 hrs before flight, with kids! Worst handling of alternate flight & accommodation. Totally unacceptable. #AirCanada
