for #WorldMentalHealthDay, i was invited by the counseling service graz to speak about loneliness. it was great to connect, also with those working locally in suicide prevention. i left with optimism and the prospect of more future cooperation (and a lovely transitional object).

Just got my covid booster yesterday and I was *dreading* it because I usually have terrible side effects, but I ended up being totally fine this year. Pleasantly surprised! Anyway, this is a 📢 PSA 📢 that covid still exists, and please get your booster!!
