I honestly can’t believe there is no customer support from @ElecIrelandNI at the weekends at all. Can’t top up the meter, keep getting rejected and ‘Credit Hi’ message on screen. What use is that to anyone at the weekend? Ridiculous.

Sometimes it doesn’t work out, or you have to escalate and risk it back firing, but a good pocket veto is a tool to learn to wield well.

Hard to believe I started my career as a dev over 10 years ago. Avdi’s RubyTapas screencast was a big part in fleshing out my professional code when I trained up in my internship. I constantly revisited the screencast for years.

@_jenniferopal Yea, my tax situation as a dual citizen was kind of hairy so that’s held things up a lot with IRS COVID delays so that was on me rather than the usual process unfortunately. Austin near my family is the plan.
