Who used the Rinnegan to its full potential in your opinion?

Pick one ability out of these four, the rest are coming to kîll you

Let's tell ourselves the truth. This stat is misleading. PiggyVest users are not a perfect representation of all Nigerian adults. I don't even use them. Also their customer base is lean compared to the population of Nigeria: They just have digitally aware users, younger demographics, some salary earners and side hustlers. Using a platform-specific insight as a “national truth,” is a misinterpretation of fact.

1. Confirm if the landlord lives in the house and if that’s his only source of income. Also, that’ll mean less privacy cos those old folks are usually monitoring spirits. 2. Check if water runs regularly, don’t just see taps and assume there’s always water. Ask questions. 3. Ask the neighbors if the light is consistent and for how many hours it runs daily. 4. Check for flooding and drainage. Visit the area during raining season if possible. 5. Check the surroundings for security if it feels safe at night. 6. Confirm if the network reception is not poor else you will see shege, especially if you’re using Glo. 7. Check if they don’t make noise in the neighborhood. Go there in the evening and confirm. 8. Check the distance from your house to the b/stop if the cost of moving around will not drain you. 9. Lastly, check if there’s enough ventilation in the compound. A fine house with no airflow will frustrate you.
