@eselsee Apologies for the inconvenience. We have discovered that signing out and back into your account usually resolves it: To sign out on the app: 1. Tap ‘My Accounts’ 2. Scroll down and tap ‘Sign Out’ 3. Tap ‘OK’ 4. Then tap ‘Sign In’ again This should fix the problem.
