That’s because animal-based agents like egg whites, casein, or gelatin are often used to clarify the wine during production. Vegan wines avoid these entirely, using plant-based or mineral alternatives instead — like pea protein or bentonite clay. We’re proud to craft wines that are not only organic, but also fully vegan.
