Imagine that one of these beautiful children - all shot to death last night at Michigan State University - belonged to you. As long as there are guns everywhere, our children aren’t safe anywhere. Don’t sit on the sidelines. We need every voice and vote. Text ACT to 644-33

@Chakraborty_UNC @battymamzelle @RottenInDenmark When these folks say “woke” they can mean anything from “Black person in movie role” to “acknowledging historical fact” but at the end of the day, it’s really whatever socially progressive thing that makes them uncomfortable.

It’s time to face the facts: climate change is happening, and we’re the cause. The impacts are far reaching and out our civilization at risk. But there’s still hope, if we act now. We CAN make a difference!

Newly-empowered Adolf Hitler is asked by German opposition for “binding assurance that no unconstitutional measures will be taken on the ground of a so-called state of national emergency”—ninety years ago this week:

Honestly one of the most cowardly and dishonest euphemisms I've ever seen, I can't believe places like the NYT are still doing this

I've debated for a long time about being public with this, bc it's heavy & I still haven't come to terms with it. But I have a rare pre-COVID datapoint so will do it, hoping it helps people: Right before I got COVID, I did neuro testing to see if I had ADHD. 1/ #LongCovid

It is hard to overestimate the impact of processing speed deficits. Unfortunately, these seem to be the primary difficulties we see in our Covid-19 long-haulers who can't think on their feet, can't respond to questions or requests, and cannot 'keep up.' @CIBScenter

Did you know? When Bill Clinton banned assault weapons in 1994, mass shootings dropped by 43%. After George W. Bush and the GOP let the assault weapons ban expire in 2004, mass shootings increased by 245%. — These numbers tell a story.

If you follow this account may I gently suggest you don’t as they routinely steal the work of amazing artists and photographers with no credit. “Contact for removal or credits” is such a gross way to run a large account like this that depends on the work of others to function

I can't believe this has to be pointed out: the reason cars are designed to crumple, rather than be indestructible, is to divert the energy of a crash around the cabin and protect the occupants. If you crash in this thing, the car will be fine but YOU will shatter into pieces.

When I get the Cybertruck, I will have no worries. @elonmusk Go ahead and throw a steel ball at my car, or even shoot the car bc this beast will protect me. $TSLA

"why do you support your tax dollars going to subsidized daycare if you don't have kids" because if other people can't afford to have kids the only staff at my nursing home when I'm old will be a pill organizer scotch-taped to a roomba
