@ESPAskincare Sadly they respond but with ridiculous requests. I need a new lid for a product yet am asked to send photos, videos, details of product expiry dates and photo of damaged packaging. They do not read the request, just need a new dispenser top nothing more, 2 months later nothing

It’s a pity @ESPAskincare are not as efficient as @amazon who deliver efficiently and on time. Plus, how do you contact @ESPAskincare by telephone. They obviously don’t want to talk. We shall never use them again after 3 failed/damage. Please refund !!
