i guess this is honestly more indicative of the more underlying issue of “my friends don’t think about me like i do them so i’m never invited to things” always reassuring i’m here to play or available to hang out but never getting a dm or an invite to anything.

lowkey makes me want to cry having to pester people to play the game with me…like it isnt even that my friends arent playing, it just seems like they just don’t wanna play with me. and it sucks because i really love this game right now.

stuck in between being too shit for my good fps game friends and too good for my casual friends… i just wanna play marathon with my friends cause i really like the game, but people already have their squads to play with or don’t want to do the harder things with me… :(

if there was an established pro scene/potential for that on marathon (there wont be i’m 85% sure), i’d understand kinda. but god its insufferable to watch people movement tech/exploit + aim assist controller AND have the audacity to call the game shit after playing for 11 hrs
