An Unbelievable Moment: The young girl had made a painting of Sarfraz Bugti and expressed her wish to meet the Chief Minister.
When Sarfraz Bugti came to know of this, he gave special instructions that the young girl be brought to the Chief Minister’s House.
As soon as the young girl arrived, Sarfraz Bugti rose from his seat, walked over to her, and treated her with great warmth and affection. He gently asked, “How is my child? Are you alright?” There was no sign of pretense in his face or words.
Looking at the framed artwork the young girl had made, he said, “Wow, you have made a very beautiful painting. I really liked it very much. Thank you, my child.”
He then presented the child with a gift in a sealed envelope and asked her father whether she could be treated medically.
The father replied that he had already arranged treatment for her. He explained that when she was born, she needed two operations one on her spine and the other on her brain and that he had managed to get both done.
The father then broke down in tears and said that he had spent all the wealth and savings he had inherited from his own father on his daughter’s treatment. At that moment, Sarfraz Bugti stepped forward and embraced him, saying, “Please do not do this.”
Sarfraz Bugti then said, “My child, the Government of Balochistan will bear all your educational expenses, and wherever your treatment is needed, we will make sure it is arranged. You do not need to worry at all.”
There was also an issue regarding some of their bills, which the Chief Minister took upon himself, saying, I will pay these from my own pocket. Please do not worry at all.
