I find it amusing that those who claim to be using DDD and teaching others how to use DDD aren't willing to look up the meaning of a word in a dictionary. Takes less time to find than tweet. DDD is not about aggregates and invisible messaging. It's about language in a context.

Agile is not a way to go fast. It is a way to know where you are going. Agile is does not increase productivity. Agile increases manageability. Agile does not guarantee you’ll get there on time. Agile destroys the hope that you might, when you won’t.

Not only does bad code slow you down NOW, it slows everyone who ever has to deal with it down, over, and over again. The cumulative slowing effects of bad code often become overwhelming.

#Agile with #DDDesign should be an inseparable combo. Iterating on credible feedback of insightful business perspectives yields breakthrough value. If a team's primary feedback is from technical stakeholders, value is subjective and at best ordinary, delivering #Vanityware.

He llegado a la conclusión que cualquier medio de adquisición de conocimiento como libros, cursos o certificaciones al no ser aplicados, automáticamente se convierten en lo mismo que una serie, una película o una novela, pura entretención momentanea y olvidable.

Never ask permission to refactor. Never ask permission to write tests. You do these things because you KNOW they are the best way to go fast. When you ask permission, you are asking someone else to take responsibility for your actions.

@loicknuchel @ncraftsConf Convincing is hard, convincing is probably waste. Do stuff that’s working differently. Do you *really* need to ask permission for everything? Sometimes leading by example is the best way. Especially if you have patience.
