A few snaps from last night's Not By The Book improv show! It was a great evening where I played a seven year old on bad terms with her mother, a hopeless romantic looking for minion shaped love in Albania and the most unnerving funfair/circus owner Mr Jack Beanstork.

I've been working with some great people recently at @totallylitacting. We've been developing some great work. Exciting things coming. (We don't always dress colour coded!)

I had a great time listening to the ever interesting Russell T Davies at the BFI this afternoon as part of their BFI Flare season. A fascinating look at some of his back catalogue as well as a sneak peak of his new drama Tip Toe which is coming in June (it looks brilliant!)

We did our first show!!! Thank you to everyone who came. It was a brilliant first full outing for Not By The Book at the wonderful Libra Theatre Cafe. There's nothing like performing to a full room! We'll be back very soon with more info on our next shows. This is just the start!

@TrilbeeReviews For me I'd go Wild Blue Yonder, Boom, Rogue, Lux and The Well. I have enjoyed lots of others too that would nearly make the top including Lucky Day, Dot and Bubble, The Star Beast, The Giggle and Interstellar Song Contest. There's a lot to love even if it's not my favourite era

Who else remembers ITV’s competitor to Doctor Who: Primeval?! This show used to be my second favourite behind Doctor Who growing up. It was very iconic and I’m quite surprised it’s not been brought back or rebooted since.
