@PaulMinda1 Awe seems to be a term that’s a bit too broadly used- but the interesting research on it usually roots it in an experience of expansiveness! I wonder- in an age where I can see every world wonder on my phone, always, are we just diminishing our mind’s ability to expand further?

To simulate the experience of being at an in-person conference, I have been carrying my poster tube around everywhere I go (e.g., grocery store, coffee shop) for the last three days.

Turns out ppl have more tolerance for inequality & are more okay with the unequal distribution of resources when considering an individual at the top vs. a group at the top! Important to consider for policy (from cool research by @stephanietepper) #SPSP2021 #SPSPjudgement
