Stephen A. Smith recently clarified a statement made during an appearance with Sean Hannity. At the time he seemed to agree with Donald Trump’s thoughts on black voters. Based on SAS’ platform it was an important statement of accountability. That would not be a representation of our entire community, & many 100% disagree! Black Americans can’t make criminal decisions & be the President. Nor does probable cause = skin color. Trump has relegated black voters to the lowest common denominators of criminality & materialism. @ReallyAmerican1 It is ANNOYING AF how many chances trump is getting from the judges -- anyone else would be slapped with multiple contempt of court charges and jailed. But nobody else would be as deliberately antagonistic as the #EnemyOfThePeople has been, either.

Jean Carroll case, has threatened to have Donald Trump removed from the courtroom because of his constant disruptions, saying "you just can't control yourself." Trump's response: "I would love it." According to in-court reports, Judge Kaplan has had to admonish Trump to stop his loud "muttering" in front of the jury. Legal experts believe that Trump is intentionally trying to goad the judge into having him disciplined or removed, which would help bolster his false narrative that the legal system is against him. But the judge is showing enormous restraint, and can see Trump's ulterior motives. "Mr. Trump has the right to be present here," Kaplan said, "but that right can be forfeited, and I can be forfeited if he is disruptive and if he disregards court orders. Mr. Trump, I hope I don't have to consider excluding you from the trial. I understand you are very eager for me to do that." Should the judge stop placating the former disgraced President and remove him from court?

@kjnetic @esutton99 @jemelehill I don’t buy it. I grew up not too far from your neck of the woods in Queens. People were equal opportunity racists and assholes (not limited to whites). We all had to deal with it. I say this as someone who is not Caucasian. Work hard, create your own luck and circumstances.
