Evil has no age limit. On June 28, 2026, four boys from Pingpu Primary School in Xinheng Town, Jiedong District, Jieyang (Zhong Zishuo, Zhong Yuxuan, Zhong Sixin, Zhong Xisheng) committed this horrific act 😡 A young stray mother dog (just over 1 year old) lived in a sewer drain with her newborn puppies. She endured torture to protect her babies. The boys beat her, stabbed a puppy in the head in front of her, poured gasoline on her, and burned her alive for 30+ minutes. They gouged out her eyes, dragged her, and beat her until her last moments — when she licked her puppy before dying. The whole ordeal lasted an hour while they laughed and filmed it to show off. What’s even more infuriating: 1. Law is powerless — All 4 boys are under 14, so no criminal charges. Just sent to a special school. This enables cruelty! 2. Village cover-up — Families show zero remorse. The father allegedly provoked netizens and tortured more cats. 3. Waiting for it to fade — Parents said just wait and people will forget.
