Maybe because I am not a pro and not fully conditioned for it but the day I played as a CM/DM that was the last day.
I have never had to defend so much big space in my life.
Also when the demand for overlapping and recovery for Fb was much. I just said I am a defensive Fb😭😭

Even as a goalie in 5-a-side, you are not safe because, at any moment, you can be asked to come out and let someone else who is tired replace you. What makes 5-a-side so dangerous is its fluidity. Nobody has a defined role; everybody has to attack and defend together. The moment you switch off, even for a few seconds, your team will be punished instantly.

You can’t even last a whole 45min against doku in a 5 aside. You guys think 5 aside is that thing you play in the hoods with unfit players. Go play 5 aside against a good side, you’ll literally die before 30min. Unless you’re the goalie
