There’s too many web/graphic tools for coaches: - Google sites - Squarespace - Wix - Framer - Canva - Gipper - Adobe Express - Photoshop There’s no right answer. The best tool is the one you’ll use on a consistent basis for your team.

Don’t let your team’s social accounts and website collect dust. Find a system that works for you in updating and posting consistently. Too much upside to let these things just sit idle.

Built a tool that formats posts highlighting your players from a team account. Fill out player info then copy the text or post it straight to your account. No sign-in required, no data stored. Not crucial, but a fun build and keeps your format clean. 🔗roverdigital.co/tools/profile-…

Handles player X profile links and Hudl highlight URLs. Drops in their handle and attaches the video to your post.

Coaches, if you haven't used Claude yet, now's the time ⬇️

It's become really good at creating things that you can use in-house, that you may have paid for in the past/thought would improve your workflow. At some point, I've used it (or Chat GPT) to help make: - a spreadsheet that auto-formatted a Hudl stats export sheet to fit what we tracked and if it was on pace with our position goals - an online calendar editor that pushes straight to a teams website; like a branded Google embed alternative - a simple recruiting page - a searchable database of every college football program in the US Not everyone will think these are helpful and that's what's great about it. If you take the time to go back and forth with it, you'll end up creating something that fits your personal workflow OR drastically improve something you're already doing but maybe there isn't a good (or cheap) solution out there for. It's not the end all be all, but I think AI finally hit a point where it can genuinely help coaches/programs in a way that fits them uniquely.

Off-season competition graphics powered by Photoshop data sets. Google sheet exported to a .csv and dropped into Photoshop. Updates every text layer automatically. Recenter the ‘week’ layer and export.

Learning to design was one of the best things I did for my coaching career. You still need to master your sport, but bringing extra value to the program is a difference-maker.
