16/x So why the BUSL license? I'm not saying a license on its own will protect a protocol from getting forked. What I'm saying is a BUSL license is a critical part of a defense by layers strategy which includes a strong [redacted], brand, reputation, network, and team.

One can characterize the accumulated crypto, fiat, property and luxury materials goods as “ill-gotten goods”.

That’s why I don’t support RWA lending: without seamless legal enforcement across jurisdictions to recognize on-chain transactions as the conveyance of legal titles of underlying collateral from one to another, this is pointless

@lex_node If that were to happen, any ICO could be structured to circumvent securities laws simply by avoiding stuff like contracts and post-sale obligations. For practical purposes, that would transform securities laws into a voluntary regime since anyone could do an ICO that way.
