These urban golf courses are a huge burden to the tax base, are environmentally damaging, and take up valuable land that should otherwise be used for housing. Get rid of this thing and put something useful there. Take a few other courses with it, like Hiawatha.

I’m genuinely sad about this. I don’t golf as often as I’d like but when I do, it’s at Les Bolstad. And yes, the course is in rough shape—but it has such history and character.
