Marketers are obsessed with dashboards. Me, I’m obsessed with math. Because at the end of the day, everything else is noise. Most marketers spend hours proving ROI with attribution tools, models, and “multi-touch” nonsense. But I only care about four numbers (PLCC): 1. Payback Period: How fast do I recover my spend from sales? 2. LTV: How long does the money keep coming in? 3. CAC: What does it cost to acquire a customer? 4. Contribution Margin: How much does each sale help cover my fixed costs and profit? That’s it. No attribution debates. No confusing Meta Ads dashboards No “brand vs. performance” wars. Just simple mathematics that doesn’t lie. When the unit economics make sense, you don’t need dashboards to tell you your marketing is winning. Because when everything can be measured, no one takes responsibility for what actually matters. So, stop worshipping dashboards. Start measuring decisions.
