@vanillaopinions Car insurance is probably the least understood insurance. People buy too much of the expensive part that's less important (collision coverage for your own car) and too little of the cheap part that's more important (liability/uninsured motorist).

A huge actual loophole is that the threshold to admit new states is lower than the amendment threshold, so a bare majority can just admit tiny new states and immediately ramp up to a supermajority.

5 of the 22 winning english players that day did eventually have a starting senior career, one of them was Phil Foden, and he's had a near superstar career,
