Social anxiety is a made up fear in your own head. You keep projecting your insecurities out there. Take a few months to face it, go fuck off to a random country where they don’t speak any language you’re familiar with, learn how to have basic conversations, be yourself, learn about their culture and history. Talk to everyone who sparks your interest. Make friends, get a girlfriend, go to events and try your best to only speak in their tongue. When you finally go back somewhere, where your language is common. I guarantee with absolute certainty that you’ll surprise yourself at how suave you have become. I have never met someone whose solo travelled for 6 months+ in a place where they had to really learn, who isn’t extremely charming + authentic.

your brain is always listening even when nobody else is. and the scary part is most people spend years feeding their own mind with negativity without even realizing it. your mind starts believing whatever you keep repeating to yourself. every “i can’t do this.” every “i always fail.” every “maybe i’m just not meant for anything bigger.” slowly becomes a part of you. your brain cannot always tell the difference between reality and the thoughts you came up with. that’s why the way you speak to yourself matters so much. If you keep repeating, “I will succeed,” then after a while, the voice in your head stops sounding like a thought and starts sounding like a fact. so start speaking to yourself with belief, with patience, with hope. because your mind is listening to every word you say. and one small change in the way you speak to yourself can slowly change your entire life.

Easy mindset shift: Focus on what you want to happen, not the thing you *don’t* want to happen. Make Internal talk --> "You're going to crush this," not "Be careful not to mess up." An F1 driver doesn't look at the wall...they look at the track. Focus where you want to go.
