@sakatierney45 I agree, I just meant more so knowing when its okay to give up the bucket and not pick up a 3rd, showing your hands, not reaching on drives, etc.

@Qasim25206871 @Meloleague on non b2b, his minutes are capped at 33 minutes. On b2b games, both games add to around 60 minutes. I think FO just want him to have a full off season healthy. He hasn't had one in 3 years.

Lee has a minutes problem and no, this isn’t about LaMelo.
It’s gonna be a lot of games that our guys are gonna need to play more than 35 minutes.
It was 3 guys on the Spurs that played more than 32 minutes tonight.

Unfortunately, LaMelo had 4 fouls. If he started the 4th, the Spurs would’ve hunted him—he most likely would’ve fouled out but sometimes, you have to let the player play through it. It’s not like the Hornets had anything to lose.
I’m 50/50 on the decision tbh.

@20Renzo03 @mizew_ His fouls aren't defenders hitting his arm, elbow on a shot. His fouls are when defenders put their hand on his hips, core, and impede his forward progression. Refs don't ever call that or giannis would have 100 ft/game. Lamelo has 0 IQ when it comes to foulbaiting. Thats a FACT

lamelo drives 11.5 times a game but averages .9 free throw attempts per drive. let’s compare to a couple other high usage guards..
edwards - 11.6 drives per game, 3.3 FTA per drive
