@euwhoreaa legit same problem over here 😭 i recently tried to do posture movements that included arms and i see a little of improvement id say they look firmer

@euwhoreaa also! one of my fav meals with im restricting heavily is just boiled egg whites with cucumber!! each boiled egg (whites only) is just under 20cals and has 4g of protein! i can stuff my face full guilt free

@euwhoreaa thin soup (vegetable soup or broth). u can eat a huuuuge bowl for little cals. also adding eggs is good for protein!
