@milton_damian In this case I believe several programme committee members may have been supportive of the topic but it may not have fitted well into existing review criteria…Results were, for example, a new network with a different governance structure rather than p-value.

Shame that our INSAR panel on how the collaboration between autism researchers and autistic people over the past 7 years has shaped our attitudes , priorities and research culture was not accepted . Glad that other contributions by our group will be represented … but this one

I cared about the most . Yes, it’s not always been smooth , but what stands out to me is growing respect, friendship, trust and new directions. And I’d have loved other colleagues to hear about this.
