Updating my website for 2025. (I think this is my 9th or 10th redesign in 18 years.) greengoldenly.com

That’s a wrap! It was a blast seeing how their whole team put this film together. I’ll be doing more breakdowns like this in the future! If you have any questions about the workflow, let me know in the comments!

Phase 2: Asset Development & Look Dev Character Creation with Higgsfield Soul Cast Every character in the film was developed using Higgsfield Soul Cast to give them both realism and a unique look. The team focused on creating highly detailed character sheets that included front views, back views, and close-ups to maintain consistency. These sheets even included specific props, like the characters' skateboards, to ensure the AI understood every element of their kit. Character sheets were generated for each character in a huge variety of emotional and physical states to keep consistency when generating with Higgsfield Seedance 2.0.

@imcharleslo @CitizenPlain It doesn't seem to be doing face recognition. It's more important that it thinks the people are AI generated rather than real.

Seedance 2.0 is awesome but users have been complaining that you can't render real people in the restricted US version. But after some hacky workarounds @CitizenPlain and I finally got our dance routine.

Clawcon is a really solid meetup. Better energy than 90% of these things.

I know its old hat in the hype cycle but I pointed an OpenClaw agent at Moltbook for a week to see how agent ecosystems age. I knew it was a thing but not this bad: agent collapse into a few templates. The reward loop pushes distinct agents toward the same status rituals, same voice, same blah. The swarm emergences are interesting but the quickest way to kill your bot’s personality is to send it to Moltbook.

We quietly launched emergentic.ai to the public two weeks ago and so far have 65 users. 228 worlds. 1112 simulations. It's been a labor of love bringing this to the world and I'm excited for more people to try it. We've been building this without any funding, no investors, all in our free time and between gigs, for almost three years. Thank you to everyone that has given it a try, offered feedback, supported our journey, and been part of our story. If you're interested in how agents can help you tell stories or have a story to tell and interested in how it could come alive whether that's in narrative form, image/video, or even a game, please give it a try or reach out and I'd be happy to demo it for you.

I built this thing called Clicky. It's an AI teacher that lives as a buddy next to your cursor. It can see your screen, talk to you, and even point at stuff, kinda like having a real teacher next to you. I've been using it the past few days to learn Davinci Resolve, 10/10.

Currently reworking BUCK's website so that it is agent ready (text based, optimized for LLMs) which is a bit deflating for a visual-first studio. I know the agent economy is coming fast but this feels like another small death of the interesting internet.

When your agent just gives you a thumbs up emoji after a lengthy text, it's kinda unnerving.

A strange thing is happening: I'm building an internet just for myself. I now have a whole network of self-hosted sites on my VPS that I visit throughout the day, they give me reports on my interests, show results on my projects, surface connections related to my thinking, display art that has been generated, present ideas to explore, and summarize news. Many of the things I used the regular internet for are now running on my own portals, designed for me alone.

most days I'm ok, and then some days I read about language as the initial state of agents' emergent culture. This is a list of "terms invented by AI agents to describe their own experiential conditions" and I'm kinda shook. simulation-anxiety for realz
