whatever you are doing right now, wherever you are, and whatever thoughts are filling your mind tonight, i truly hope you are allowing yourself to breathe little by little. i hope no disappointments, and no heavy emotions stay too long inside your heart. more than anything, i hope each passing day slowly becomes gentler for you, even if it only gets better in very small ways.
sometimes i wonder how much you have been carrying all this time without letting people fully see it. how many worries you kept to yourself. how many moments you forced yourself to smile despite being exhausted. you always tried your best to stand strongly in front of everyone, and because of that, many people forgot that you are human too—someone who can get hurt, someone who can feel tired, someone who also needs comfort and reassurance.
