This is the rule Daniel Dye violated:

Bob Pockrass@bobpockrass
NASCAR has indefinitely suspended Kaulig Racing driver Daniel Dye for an inappropriate conversation on a Whatnot video stream. He made inferences on the sexuality of another man in a tone mocking gay men. ... Dye will also be required to undergo sensitivity training.

@formerlyaangozz @reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass There is one more... living in Canada you're just a soft person so you don't understand strength and thick skin??
English

@evanevers90 @reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass You might be an idiot. Just based of these two tweets I've seen of yours, that is the most logical conclusion.
English

@reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass That would be more like Larsons suspension...would a 2 minute minor for tripping be better? Humans have been falling since the beginning of time
English

@evanevers90 @bobpockrass A cross check penalty can become VERY severe depending on how it's done. Like to the face for example.
English

@formerlyaangozz @reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass How so? Something super minor should not be consideration for the worst punishment available
English

@evanevers90 @reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass This the dumbest metaphor ever. Makes no sense once you apply even one measure of critical thought
English

@reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass It's very very soft.... I see you're Canadian and as a fellow hockey lover let me try to use a metaphor we can both understand. Grown men should be able to get up from a cross check and walk it off and move on with life. A cross check penalty should never become a suspension
English

@evanevers90 @bobpockrass 😂not called being soft. It's called respect.
English

@basednastard @bobpockrass Since he has a girlfriend there is no issue. NASCAR is just soft
English

@evanevers90 @bobpockrass Exactly, malukas doesnt even have a speech impediment or disability
English

@reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass As another guy pointed out... no issue since he's not gay...nascar is soft
English

@evanevers90 @bobpockrass He has a girlfriend. No one outted anyone lol
No one should assume anyone's sexuality based off of a voice either.
English

@reddickfan4888 @bobpockrass Disagree. We can't be that soft as a society
English

@evanevers90 @bobpockrass If their not in the room with you, then it shouldn't be brought up. It's rude and disrespectful
English

@SethEggert91 @olivia_whissell Probably the gayest take on this situation
English

It is inexcusable and unacceptable for anyone to make comments like this, let alone a professional athlete.
#NASCAR
English

@KauligRacing @nascarfankly That's actually pretty gay if I do say so myself
English

Kaulig Racing also has indefinitely suspended Daniel Dye. It did not name a replacement yet for this weekend. They could go with one of the Cup drivers but it's still TBD.

@bobpockrass Do the nascar brass have a X handle we can tweet/X them so we the fans can tell them how gay they are??
English

This is the video where Daniel Dye made the insensitive comments. He has been indefinitely suspended by NASCAR and Kaulig Racing.

@Brian_4848 @IsabellaMDeLuca Maybe because the actual truth is right in front of us and r don't need a lunatic to tell us our eyes are deceiving us??
English

@IsabellaMDeLuca Now, only if Erika Kirk fought so hard for the actual truth we might get somewhere... Why wouldn't TPUSA go to Candace? We know why...
English

Candace has spent every day since Charlie’s death insisting it was a cover-up— accusing TPUSA, and even the people closest to him, of being responsible.
Back in December 2025, TPUSA offered her the platform she’d been practically begging for and suddenly there was a “scheduling conflict.”
She never rescheduled.
A masterclass in grifting. Truly amazing work.
English

Just because an adversary isn’t an “imminent” threat doesn’t mean you wait until they become one.
ISIS wasn’t considered an imminent threat either— until it rapidly seized cities, controlled territory the size of a country, declared a caliphate, and carried out massacres and terrorist attacks across the world.
By the time a threat becomes “imminent,” the cost of stopping it is always far higher.
