@Dott your cust. service is terrible, when there was an issue with @tier_mobmobile they responded straight away on chat, had to give up twice after not getting a reply (20 mins before I had to abandon). App is also had to navigate, also prices gone up @bristol247 @BristolCouncil

@NMcooks @virginmedia Hello @virginmedia - please can we have an update as to why many of us can’t access Google services, this has been going on all day. I can’t do my work as a result of this. Nobody in your call centre seems to know anything about it yet many people on Twitter share the same issue

Any updates on this at all @virginmedia ?! I’ve not been able to do my job properly today because of this issue and have had to hotspot from my phone… will this issue be fixed soon? as I now need to work tonight now to catch up and of course work tomorrow….

@virginmedia why would my internet say it’s connected but I cannot access gmail via chrome or safari. When I do it says i’ve got no connection. I have a lot of work to do… how can get this sorted please?ive switched my internet off and on again multiple times…

resets, clear browser history etc, if they’d have just admitted there was an issue I could have left the house and gone into the office instead. Plus, it’s my birthday, I was hoping for a nice wfh day, and this has ruined my day, I’m now back in the office. Please explain.

@virginmedia hello. You clearly have some issues where we can’t access any Google sites via VM, but nobody in your call centre seems to know there is an issue, despite multiple people on X talking about it. Your call centre has wasted my whole morning getting me to do router
