Agents who are closing in this market are doing something fundamentally different... They stopped waiting for conditions to improve and started adapting to the conditions that exist. Speed, education, managing expectations honestly 30% who are closing right now are going to be impossible to compete with when volume comes back because they learned how to win in the hardest market in a generation.

My neighbor leaves his dog in a cage while they’re at work and I hear him barking and crying all day 😭 At this point I’m bout to tell him to just leave the dog w me while I work from home so we can keep each other company

@TPV_John Have to have my 7th C-section next Friday. New Dr, new hospital and I’m terrified I might need a transfusion. Everything will be out of my control and all I can do is pray that all goes well to where I hopefully won’t need one.

I don’t believe this story. Tell us the details, otherwise it didn’t happen. If property taxes and homeowner insurance went up $3500/month, then it increased by $42,000/year. Let’s work backwards. There is no way homeowner’s insurance would be more than $5,000 annually, so let’s say it started at $2,500 and increased to $5,000. That means that property taxes had to increase by $39,500/year. That’s ridiculous. Let’s say insurance started at $2,500 and increased to $7,500. That means property taxes had to increase by $37,000/year. Equally ridiculous. Any way you calculate it, it makes no sense. Something else is at play here.

@WallStreetApes Yep. Live in Florida and this was one reason we sold. Now, I feel like we’ll never own again because we live off my husbands one income and have 9 kids. I’ll eventually work again when I don’t have toddlers and babies, but who knows what it’ll look like 5-6 years from now.
