misophonia and I might have anger issues idrk is so hard to deal with, noises make me angry or break down. I also have other disorders but like I just wanted to say its really annoying :D

5 times a day I almost break down and It's becoming worse & its recent this happens to me as it started a week ago? I even broke down on halloween but anyway I try to stop myself by clawing at myself or self harm/ or just make my hands into a claw bc it helps 1/2 :3
