Got a diabetic ulcer on my foot the size of a small egg,in agony, sat in the Grange hospital since 1pm,I've never seen such a shambles of an A&E department, I haven't been offered anything to eat or drink knowing that I'm a diabetic. This hospital is @MarkDrakeford flagship.
