Called @Halfords_uk #TyresOnTheDrive number twice, was on hold for just a few seconds and was directed to someone's voicemail. Mailbox was full, I wonder why? 🤔

Eventually spoke to @Halfords_uk on the phone & despite only being half an hour in to our allotted time slot of 4 hours they say they can no longer keep the appointment they not only gave us but charged us for!

Shockingly bad service from @Halfords_uk #TyresOnTheDrive today. Don't put your trust in the Mobile service, it's not like in stores. Terrible attitude to customers & phone lines are broken so getting through is a nightmare! #AVOID

@Voipfone We'll put £10 in towards the ransom or £200 towards blocking them and them leaving empty handed. I'm sure amongst the many happy customers we could crowd fund a kick ass solution for this!

@huby @newspics @Voipfone Ah yes, should read before sending. For those not in the know - CDN, Content Delivery Network. It is a way of delivering your website via lots of servers across the world. Speeds up access but also adds resilience. It's difficult to host control panel data this way though.

@huby @newspics @Voipfone Hello! I think I can answer this one. The generic pages are likely on a CND and thus not affected by the attack so much. As soon as you get to account level control you need it to the servers that are under attack.

In events we work as a team, sometimes though there are not team players. This is @Festival_Water having dumped their excess water in the contractors yard. Too #lazy to pump it in the ditch and unable to manage the water level so they were not left with a full tank going to waste
