@kion_kt @mussi3x Goku had full control over super saiyan after the first transformation. He used it at will on namek after going back to his base form. And no in the manga everytime goku used UI it was intentional. He visibly put the thought and effort into using the technique and form

Just like how goku didn't have full control over turning SS when he first unlocked it and could only go into the form when he got really angry. But he can full control on yardrat Or a better example would be Gohan first turning SS
