You can't put someone under conservatorship just because you don't like their behaviour - this is a unique solution for people who cannot decide for themselves (people suffering from dementia, Alzheimer's disease, maybe brain tumor). Cship is not a telescopic baton for hitting people in the head who misbehave. Amy Winehouse was addicted to alcohol and drugs - and no one even thought about putting her under conservatorship. The conservatorship Britney has placed under was unfounded even in 2008. It was a deal - "you agree to cship and we give you access to the children". If someone wanted to help Britney get over her addiction, they could have put their ass in a car and spent some time with her, talked to her, and taken an interest in her. This is how you help people on a daily basis. They chose a conservatorship instead. No judge will now touch a case related to potential conservatorship, because they'll be afraid of the backlash from the society. Conservatorship has ended in 2021 and this chapter in Britney's live is closed forever.

@everettt100 Alright, mate. If you want, we can discuss the photos, because the truth is they do lend themselves to interesting ethical debates. Personally—and I don’t blame her but rather her team and managers—I find them too sexualized for a 13-year-old girl.

I just wanted to show how great that photoshoot was - because it was great. That’s what I do. But I agree with your opinion about sexualisation of Britney - it was disturbing and not right indeed. But this is a different story. If we approach the topic from this angle every time, we can delete half of her photoshoots. I knew from the beginning that this type of comment would appear, and I was waiting for it

This is a lil weird but this die hard fan will allow it for now since nothing came of it, but I have to say that the overly sexualization of young girls is disturbing, uncomfortable, and not right.
