Hugely impressive debut Brut NV English sparkler - very Bollinger in style (lots of Pinot, some wood and reserve wines). Ripe and broad on the palate, nice underlying tension, aromas of fresh apple, lemon shortbread and red summer berries. Bright, focused and textured. Excellent

What a difference a few years make. April 2018 (left) & June 2022. The cover crop has now taken & is supporting the vines & returning much needed nutrients back into the soil and crowding out the weeds. It's lovely to look back and see what we have achieved. #englishvineyard
