this “day n nite” debacle is silly. radio is important & hot 97 was/is the biggest rap station in the #1 market. the song had legs online, but jim’s remix was the version djs played on air.

The math never made sense bro. You gonna pay an extra 800k in interest on top of the 800k for the house over 30 years. Issue #1 - you paying 1.6m for a 800k house and you hoping it’s gonna be worth 1.6M in 2050 Issue #2 - you paying 250k of that interest in the 1st 5 years
