A man whose generational wealth was built from slavery is using eminent domain to seize the land of Black farmers and strip Black families from their hard-earned generational wealth.
Georgia’s Public Service Commission voted for this to happen. They gave his company the authority to seize the land of one of Georgia’s largest Black-owned farms, because they claim that the company moving gravel is a public good.
But, the families are fighting back and winning! They've now defeated multiple local elected officials who voted for this and last year we all flipped two PSC races.
Now, there are two more PSC seats up for election and multiple other races up and down the ballot!
Make sure you are registered to vote by April 20! Primaries will be May 19
Shame on everyone who didn’t have the courage to tell Trump NO when he decided waging war on Iran was a good idea. More so if you are wearing a uniform. All you are demonstrating is a total lack of regard for the lives of our service members and any life other than your own.
A lot of us voted the way we did because we thought about the worst things a 2nd Trump admin might do. How are things even more terrible and terrifying than that??!! This admin is unraveling all the things that made the US in real time.
