@DVLAgovuk @meHappyShed I missed the 40 day initial period to send off my D801 original form as I had made a mistake and ordered a replacement form that arrived recently. can I still send it in? thankyou

@meHappyShed Hi, yes you can still send the D801 form if you haven't been refunded. The application deadline should have been extended due to the current situation to give more time for this.
