My friend was telling me that he was moving to a different house the other day and his landlord refused to return his rent deposit saying it covered damages which actually weren't there. So instead of arguing with him alot,he went and printed a poster "we repair fridges,stoves and sound systems" and attached that landlord's contact on it.
