@FionaNiggaApple @_diamond_skies 1200-1400 calories a meal is normal for omad if you're doing it in a nondisordered way. active guys who do it would literally die if they ate less than that lmao. usually omad is supposed to be really high protein (like 90g+ protein per meal) which naturally means more cals
