I have had the worst customer service experience from @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare @bt_uk 2 months ago I had a fault on my BT business broadband resulted in no service for 3 weeks due to customer service failures for not being organised or passing information. (1)

Apparently @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare complaints policy is to apologise and take feedback and that’s it. Nothing else for poor customer service. Now will raise this with the Ombudsman as an apology for poor customer service over 5 months is atrocious.

Apparently the only process @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare @bt_uk has is to email or request a call back and wait for hours for a call. But emails are ignored and call backs occur at random times.

Then the complaint was closed and despite me emailing the complaints handler I had no response. I have had to call several times to request a new complaint handler and reopen the complaint. Each agent promising a resolution. (3)
