@yourealazyfvck When I see dudes in their 40s who can't be properly active cause of all the smoking/drinking/unhealthy eating they do, makes me want to stop it all even more

I stopped smoking cigarettes about a month and a half ago because I wanted to take playing football / soccer / health more seriously and I felt a noticeable decrease in my ability to play. Mainly gassing early and breathing heavy and not being able to run.
For years I used to get really really cold all the time and it was basically uncontrollable, I’d get super clammy and sweat and then freeze and my feet/hands would get really cold even though the rest of my body was warm.
After a few weeks of not smoking and running / playing / training more, that freezing clammy-ness went away completely.
I still have a long way to go fitness (cardio) wise but I can say that I’ve actually seen a VERY NOTICEABLE increase in my overall health, mood, stamina, and life force.

Coffee dates are shit - In big cities the traffic sucks and it takes hours to pick up the girl, have the coffee, take her back home - It takes place during the day, when I wanna work and train. It distracts from my routines. - The mood isn't romantic, you're both sober, it's light outside, normal people with jobs are rushing around you resolving tasks. Table next to you some corporate guy lurking eating soup, taking a break from his work stuff. I prefer dates at 9-10-11 PM: No traffic. Can have some drinks. Everyone's dressed nicely and came out to relax and have fun. What's okay, during the day, instead of coffee, is a walk in the park if it's sunny outside. When you walk you have a better flow while conversating.

Imagine you work an entire year
50% of your income goes to taxes
You essentially worked 6 months of the year for free
Then, your government takes that money you paid in taxes and pays it out to illegal immigrants
Giving them premium housing, money to live on so they don't have to work or contribute to society
And then those immigrants living on your tax money, turn around and sexually assault your daughter on her way home from school
Or beat up your elderly mother in the street for no apparent reason
This is reality for many in Western countries

The vicious reality of strong men creating good times and good times creating weak men is in full swing in all Western countries.
Reality is not some fairy tale where we prosper forever, the laws of the jungle still apply whether you like it or not.
If your enemies don't play by the rules and you do, it'll be game over pretty quick.
